Your CS:S files not set

Maps often use textures and skies from the game itself, and the knife and USP come from it too. Point to your own Counter-Strike: Source folder (Steam: Manage, Browse local files) and they're read from your copy. Nothing is uploaded.

Usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source paste it into the folder window's address bar

Weapon skins none

Skin packs made for the CS:S custom folder (.rar, .zip, .7z), or a single v_hands.vtf. They replace the knife, USP or hands, and stay on this computer.

Fullscreen while playing

Esc: pause and settings

Browsers reserve some Ctrl shortcuts, so Ctrl+W can close the tab. While playing fullscreen, Chrome and Edge hand those keys to the game. Other browsers ask before closing the tab, or crouch with C. Mouse input is raw (no OS acceleration) where the browser allows it.
